Opening Up to the Outside World: Muse Storefronts are Now Windowcover-Free!

It’s been just over one month since we removed our window coverings and we’re loving it! This change was made when the BC Government announced on May 19 that allowed cannabis retailers, like Muse Cannabis stores, to remove the coverings that blocked onlookers’ eyes . This major change greatly improves visibility inside Muse and enhances public safety for both customers and staff alike.

We were so excited by this news as we've been ongoing advocates for changing this regulation since the beginning of legalization.  And so we got to work the same weekend to remove the storefront window coverings, starting first with our South Granville location.

The surrounding neighbourhood was incredibly supportive as we peeled back the coverings and let the sun shine through. All of our regular Muse customers already know our in-store environment to be warm, welcoming, and beautiful but now the anyone walking past the store can see it too. Now, not only is the community now able to see inside  our beautiful Muse stores, but our team is able to see out as well!

With one store completed, we quickly made the rounds and removed the window vinyl from our two Downtown Vancouver stores on Denman and at Granville & W. Pender.

Finally, our Deep Cove and Maple Ridge locations were also revealed!

As you can tell, we’re absolutely thrilled  about the new elevated shopping experience at our Muse stores with all the natural light coming through. So, the next time you walk past any of our Muse Cannabis stores, give us a wave, Hello!
